Think before you post any random quote!

It looks like many human beings prefer to follow than being a leader, because this requires a minimum of efforts. but isn t this also showing that you find it more comfort in the act of following the masses, worrying less about being misdirected or mislead?

Through the ages, people have accepted dogmas of all kind. The only courageous people who dared to question these dogma often paid it with their lives. Galileo is one good example of non conventional thinking.

The new tendency on social networks is now to post and share quotations of famous people.

Einstein said this, Rhonda Byrne said that, Winston Churchill said that other thing again...bla bla bla.
You might object that most people copy and paste these mostly positive quotations with a  good intent: share a quote that they find positive and helpful: I mostly agree.

However, I do think that we should take a moment to go through the quote we are seeing and ask ourselves if this really applies to us and if we mostly agree with the content instead of just mass-copying it and sharing it!

For instance, I know that Albert Einstein believed that time is an illusion.
But do I consider that time is an illusion? For years, I didn t really know what to think about his assertion until I experienced it myself as true.

When you choose an affirmation or any other quote, make sure this is relevant to you.

But may I suggest that you create quotes of your own and post them in order to help others?

Not only would this process be more creative, but it would also make more sense to share your own, personal truths!
